I have been designing and leading seminars for 30 years in Canada, the United States and France, helping thousands of business professionals to communicate more effectively.
My current focus is on expanding awareness of the unique challenges of communicating across cultures and the importance of developing an intercultural communication skill set. That is vital when working within an international business context at home or abroad.
My clients come from a variety of professions: scientists, engineers, IT developers, marketing and sales staff, lawyers, support staff, middle managers and directors.
The last ten years I have worked in Sophia Antipolis, Nice and Monaco for companies such as Genactis, NVIDIA, Intel, Cadence, Fortinet, ARM, HSBC Bank and the Nice Airport.
For ten years in Lyon I worked with companies such as Monsanto, Bayer, Compagnie Nationale du Rhône and GDF Suez, giving workshops and one-on-one communication coaching.
Prior to moving to France I trained people in public and private sector companies, in Canada and throughout the United States, in a variety of topics related to change management, team building and internal and external business communications.

Compact and complete insight into the ways we talk to each other in any context and sharing cultural differences in order to find mutual understanding. — Stéphanie, Genactis
I am not convinced this workshop will solve 100% of our communication Issues. However, I have no doubts it will serve to make us more open minded. I am positive it will help us to improve internal communication and make communication with our clients more powerful. — Nathalie, HSBC Bank
Very experienced trainer who shares a lot with the seminar participants.— Laurent, Aeroport de Nice
