Brasserie BLEUE is a craft microbrewery located in the heart of Nice, France. The brewery was established in 2015. Family-owned and operated, Brasserie BLEUE is led by Daniel, Julie, and Annamaria DEGANUTTI.
BLEUE beers are inspired by – and created for – the city and the people of Nice.
The name BLEUE is our tribute to the blue sky and the azure sea of the Nice coastline. BLEUE recalls the iconic chaises bleues of the Nice Promenade and the profound signature blue of Nice native son Yves Klein.
BLEUE beers span a diverse spectrum of classic, seasonal, and one-of-a-kind bespoke creations. All of our beers are brewed and packaged onsite in our Nice brewery.
Brasserie BLEUE is open to visitors for tastings, brewing classes and direct sales. Visit our brewery and tap room year-round, Tuesday-Saturday, 10am – 19pm.
